Graduated with honors from the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Law Faculty (Moscow, Russia). Olga obtained her first law degree in Gomel State University (Gomel, Belarus).

  • Providing legal support for the winding up of two Russian companies owned by a significant player in the financial market, which engage in brokerage, dealer activities, financial consulting, including preliminary ownership restructuring, termination of licenses, labor relations, and client contracts, as well as liquidation procedures.

  • Providing legal support for a client selling a group of Russian companies consisting of nine subsidiaries and a holding company to a Russian investor, with preservation of the client's right to participate in the company's management for a certain period.
  • Providing legal support for a Russian investor purchasing a stake in a foreign investor's business due to the foreign investor's exit from the Russian market, including obtaining approval from the government commission for foreign investment control.

Before joining our team, Olga was a head of the Russian office of an Austrian law firm, she also worked as a leading lawyer in domestic law firms.

Olga advises clients on structuring M&A transactions and provides legal support through all steps of a transaction, including negotiations, legal due diligence, preparation and execution of the transaction documents. She advises clients on developing a corporate business structure, entering into shareholders' agreements, and dividing business assets. Olga's experience in M&A transactions encompasses various sectors including financial market, real estate, telecommunications and information technologies. As part of dealing with corporate transactions, Olga advises clients on regulatory requirements, including antimonopoly regulations, foreign investments, and measures to counter foreign sanctions.
